“I stayed at the Nera Hotel for two nights with my Partner. Having booked online and paid there was a confusion on check in concerning whether i had paid. The room was shabby with one of the shower doors missing, A towel rail was leaning against the wall, not attached. The ac was not working properly and we asked for it to be fixed to no avail. “Amazing stay. Premium facilities and clean rooms. Second time I am staying here in a year on visiting Nigeria. Great experience, lovely menu, reception staff need improving attitude (but that's a management issue), very comfortable rooms. Breakfast menu also needs upgrading. I highly recommend.”

“The bakery chef and all the staff members were absolutely a delight. The staff members from Mr. Micheal to Mr. Patrick to Ms. Blessing, they made my one month day feel like a home away from home. The cleaning staff, the young ladies and gentlemen at the restaurant to the incredible bakery chef ABOJE, the best meat pie I’ve ever tasted and the chef from the main kitchen. The whole experience was incredible. I’ll definitely return ”

“My room was full of flies, and, even after the staff came 2 times to use the spray product, the insects would still reappear. I think they have to do a serious treatment. The staff is nice and helpful though. I guess is just an old facility, I preferred the Nordic hotel they closed down, that was very well maintained compared to this villa. ”
